The more she learns about Zackary (the well-mannered AP student) and Wiles (the quirky outcast), the more she realizes there is a dark secret hidden amongst the dirt roads and cornfields.
But things are so much worse than Arabelle initially imagined. She soon discovers that she has been entangled in the middle of a war between Heaven and Hell. Devious deals and deceitful lies try to disrupt her destiny as she searches for the truth of what it means to be the Bearer of the Celestial Curse.
